Vince & Frank bought these two empty shells of the ground floor of the Sugar Plantation building next door to Emeril’s Restaurant in 2010. They partnered with Quinn Stinson of Duh Home & Garden and developed and furnished these two unique three-bedroom 2500 sf residences that anchored the building. Quinn’s furnishings were complimented by all the original artwork commissioned from local artist David Harouni. These properties were leased by many film actors including Zac Efron and Miley Cyrus, several NBA players and New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton. Both residences were sold for $1,200,000.
