Interior Design with Pool & Cabana Build-out in The Sanctuary

Vince & Frank purchased this custom-spec house on Oleander Court in The Sanctuary in 2018 to be used as their primary residence. The home sat on the market for quite some time, but they saw great potential. They partnered with Quinn Stinson of Duh Home and Garden of Pensacola to begin curating all lighting and furnishings. All art came from Vince and Frank's personal collection from artists David Harouni, George Rodrigue and David Lumpkin. Frank had the vision to create a courtyard on the side of the house and worked with Nancy Reece of Reece Landscaping to design and landscape it. He then added a dramatic 70 foot long swimming pool and cabana in the backyard. This complete transformation led to the sale of the home a few years later at the second highest sale price per square foot in the history of the neighborhood.
