Vince & Frank acquired this property In 2021 and immediately began designing what was to become two condominium residences within this one structure. Frank was the creative force behind the design of this one-of-a-kind property on historic Lakeshore Drive. He partnered with Lauren Yarbrough of Livio Designs and Lesle Veca of V Home & Interiors to choose all finishes, materials and furnishings. All artwork came from Vince and Frank's personal collection. Upon completion in the spring of 2023, the home went on public tour and through Vince & Frank's sphere of influence they were able to raise $30,000 for the Junior League of Greater Covington. They sold their personal unit in 2026 for a record $900 sf.
