In 2004 Hurricane Ivan destroyed the two beachfront buildings of the eight-building Regency Cabanas Townhome development. In 2013, Vince & Frank partnered with their friends Barbara and Erk Kuckhoff to acquire the land and completed the re-construction of Building A in 2016. They sold four of the six townhomes and both sets of developers kept one townhome each for themselves.
